Shipping and Terms of Payment

Delivery
We deliver to medical professionals within Germany by parcel service or freight forwarding services (primarily for bulky goods), which are free of charge for orders over € 100, including packaging. For deliveries within Germany, we charge freight costs of € 4.80 for orders under € 100, and an additional minimum quantity fee of € 6 for orders under € 50. The responsibility for goods is then transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Terms of delivery
An order is considered to have been placed when you receive an order confirmation from us. If you are ordering from us for the first time, we ask you to specify your medical association. We will contact you over the phone and ask for identification to be sent over by fax, containing your doctor’s stamp or trade license. For new customers with no medical affiliation, we only deliver with payment through credit card or Paypal and the order is only valid after receipt of payment, usually emailed to you. The right of prior sale is reserved.

Delivery times and availability of goods stated by us are for guidance only and remain non-binding; subject to prior sale. Possible delays do not entitle the customer to claims for damages. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is advantageous for a speedy processing. Partial deliveries made and invoiced by us are to be settled within the framework of our terms of payment.

Prices and payments
In view of the changing economic circumstances, our catalogue prices must remain non-binding. They are net prices, plus statutory value-added tax. Obvious spelling mistakes in our offers do not bind us. The catalog prices valid at the time of order confirmation shall apply. Unless otherwise agreed, our prices are net prices, plus applicable value-added tax, payable within 14 days.
